Defective items or incorrect shipment
If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact customer support at support@grivel.jp within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Returns or exchanges due to customer preference, such as size or colour changes or differences in impression from the product page, are not accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and approved. For credit card payments, refunds will be processed through your card provider.
